How do I request access to a Power BI report?

Go to the report either via the Report Glossary or from its page in the Shops or Departments tab and click the report you would like to access. You’ll be prompted to sign in. After signing in, if you don’t already have access you’ll see a Request access prompt — submit that and follow any on-screen steps.

My dashboard isn’t refreshing—what should I check?

Make sure all of your bookmarks are removed and confirm that you have the correct dates selected (if applicable). If it still isn’t updating, email the VI.OS team with the refresh error details and a timestamp.

I can’t log in to VANIS/QSYS/UKG.

If you cannot access any of the applications listed under the Applications page, please contact LUHD at 854-888-3333 and submit a ServiceNow (SNOW) ticket if required.

How do I find my department or shop reports in the Hub?

Use the top navigation to choose Shops (Body, Paint, Assembly) or Departments (Quality, Logistics, Engineering, etc.), then select your area to see its report links. You can also use the Report Glossary search to jump directly to a report by name.(In future VI.OS Hub iterations)
